Exchanges and Returns

Shop with the comfort of knowing that your order is backed by a 14-days guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product sold by the ivyskin.com Store, you may return it for a refund (minus the original shipping costs and any discount code) if returned within 14 days of delivery. To exchange a non-defective product, please return it for credit and place an order for a new item. Please read all conditions below. ivyskin reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 25%

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

To return/exchange an item you must send an email request to obtain an RMA number. Please click here to start the process.

Place the original package into a shipping carton.

Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.

Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original package.

The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.

Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Items purchased from our resellers are to be returned directly to that reseller.

Cancel My Order You can cancel your order in full before it is dispatched. If your order is being prepared for dispatch when you make your cancellation request, we cannot stop the parcel from being sent out.
